Today Robert and Kristin went to New Orleans for World of Concrete and to visit Kristin's aunt.
Duane, a superintendent from the company went to receive the TCA award since he was responsible for getting the project built.
Carol went to a class on how to make "stuff" out of clay. She invited a freind and the two of them had a good time and learned a lot.
Carol has had a really tough time at the office lately and said mangeling the clay is very thereputic.
I wnt to a PAL meeting. We had an election and I was elected vice president.
We received $1,800.00 from a NFL grant, which we REALLY needed.
Also, Johnny Poe played golf the other day with a professional baseball player, (I forget his name) He is sponsering our gold medal winning boxer and our boxing coach to the national championship.!!!! Tickets, room, food and rental car.
Oh yes! he also contributed $2,500.00 to the League.

Thank you God for another beautiful day, almost gone now.

Carol went to the foot Doctor today.
She is so excited that she can now get her foot wet!!
Between the dentist and the foot thing her afternoon was a little rough and when it was over she called the office with a really unusual idea that she has every few days, "let's go out to eat."
Since I had to stay late she went home and made the BEST chilli.
I think I'll keep her around another forty years or so and see what developes.

This morning I received an email from Marmee.
She is a widow raising SEVEN children.
I am honored that she even wrote.
God bless Marmee and her lovely brood.

Some employees have been stealing materials and tools and trying to steal business from us.
